My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable with a few ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to Sundance Square and within walking distance of many attractions. The room wasn't cleaned well, and it wasn't made up on my last night there, which was a bit disappointing. The service, however, was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff ready to assist. Dining was good but could use some improvement. The facilities were decent, and the price was reasonable considering the area.
